I sent you a Stage 1 complaint on DATE OF FIRST LETTER. I have not had a response from anyone about this.

I am unhappy that the delay in dealing with my complaint might mean it will take longer than the 10 working days you have to reply.

If I do not hear from you within two working days to say that someone is investigating my complaint, then I will make a complaint at Stage 2 of the complaints procedure.
