Our Voice Award is for groups that have shared their story in order to improve the care system. This year’s winners were members of Kent's Our Children and Young People in Care Councils. They created a short film called Listen Up! about the importance of listening to the voices of children and young people.

Care leavers in England are at risk of missing out on essential items when setting up their first homes due to the lack of clear national guidelines on the Setting Up Home Allowance (SUHA), according to new research by A National Voice and Coram Voice, published today to mark National Care Leavers Week 2024.
