Current vacancies

Coram Voice is committed to providing high quality, child-centred services. To do this, we need the right people who are supportive, professional and keen to achieve real improvements for the children and young people we help.

We are looking for a wide variety of people to take on our roles, however we would particularly welcome applications from care leavers or individuals with experience of being ‘looked after’ by the state.

We are also actively encouraging applicants from Black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds to join our staff. We recognise that we are a predominantly white workforce and are genuinely committed to encouraging candidates from diverse communities, in order to improve the services to the children and young people we help.

We are part of the Coram group of charities, you can find a list  of our current vacancies on the dedicated group jobsite.

Coram has signed up to the Mental Health at Work Commitment. This commitment sets out six clear standards based on what best practice has shown is needed to make a difference and better equip employers to create an environment where employees can thrive. We are proud of what we have in place already to support staff wellbeing and mental health, but with the use of this framework we have developed an action plan to build on this commitment further.
