The Bright Spots offer for local authorities consists of three main tools:
1. The Your Life, Your Care (YLYC) survey – for children in care aged 4-17 years
2. The Your Life Beyond Care (YLBC) survey – for care leavers aged 16-25 years
3. New Belongings Plus (includes YLBC survey) – a service improvement tool which involves more direct work with young people and key agencies to provide a platform for local authorities to improve their co-production.
