Contact our Advocacy Helpline

Our Advocacy Helpline is here to help you if Coram Voice provides your local advocacy service.

Our specialist advocacy projects may also be able to help you if you are homeless or have a disability.

This is a helpline for children and young people. You can contact us if you:

  • are in care, leaving care or need help from Children’s Services.
  • need an advocate
  • want to know your rights.
  • are not getting the support you need from your social worker.
  • you are homeless and need help.

Standard opening hours

Our Advocates are here to answer your call from Monday to Friday, 9.30am–6pm.

Our service is very busy at the moment and we cannot always get back to calls and messages as soon as we would like. We always prioritise children and young people.

If you are a professional, parent or carer please note that we are not able to respond to requests for general advice or information. Please see our My Rights section or  Specialist Advocacy Service section rather than contact our helpline.

If you want to speak to someone outside our standard opening hours please phone and leave a message and someone will phone you back during opening hours or sooner if your call was urgent.

Access to interpretation

If English is not your first language, then we can provide you with a telephone interpreter when we speak with you.
