We also need to find out who you work for and what your job is so that we can ensure that the training and advice is relevant.

When you request training or advice we will:
- Collect relevant personal information details
• Collate this information electronically and retain it for up to 2 years for training and advice service facilitation and evaluation purposes only.
Please note:
• Information you provide will be shared with relevant Coram Voice managers and staff to enable them to prepare and facilitate training and advice sessions and manage our programme.
• Your data will be anonymously collated and analysed for use in the management, evaluation of our service and where required to report to our funders..
We will not share information about you to anyone else, or use information about you for other purposes without your consent unless we have significant professional or safeguarding concerns or compelled by law to do so.
