The Tilda Goldberg Centre for Social Work and Social Care at the University of Bedfordshire hosted a webinar in January 2022 to contribute to ongoing debates about what measures are needed to maximise the life chances of young people negotiating the transition from care to adulthood.
The speakers presented findings from recent research and included Prof. Mike Stein, Prof. Emily Munro and Seana Friel, Prof. Berni Kelly and Linda Briheim-Crookall from Coram Voice. Josh MacAlister, chair of the Independent Review of Children’s Social Care, shared his reflections on the presentations.
