What?
Oldham sent their care leavers updated action plans to ensure they were regularly updated.
The plans used quotes and findings from the Your Life Beyond Care survey
and set out what they planned to do and what had been achieved.
Impact
The ‘young person friendly plans’ shared progress with care leavers in a way that was more accessible using headings such as ‘you said… we are doing…’ and ‘what you will see…’.
