At Amplify 2023, the morning consisted of three workshops that consulted with care-experienced children and young people across the country. 1. Embracing Diversity: A Workshop on Disability & Inclusion
This workshop focused on exploring what disability and long-term health conditions mean to children and young people and how services can best support children and young people who identify that they have a disability or long-term health condition.

2. Speak Up, Stand Out: Youth Advocacy
The workshop focused on advocacy. We started by explaining advocacy and ANV Ambassadors interviewed Lisa from the Department for Education (DfE) about DfE’s work around advocacy. Lisa talked about the current consultation on Advocacy standards.
