A National Voice have created this activity pack to support children in care, care leavers and participation groups to have your voice heard by the Department of Education’s (DfE) plans for children’s social care in ‘Stable Homes, Built on Love’.
Activity packs
This activity pack includes activities for you to talk about the Governments missions for children in care and care leavers, strong and loving relationships for every care experienced child and young person and extending corporate parenting principles to other public bodies and organisations.
These activities will enable you to feed into the DfE plans but we hope that they will be useful to your own services.

Online sessions
Over the next 12 months, we are running a series of online sessions to talk to children in care councils and care leaver forums about different areas of ‘Stable Homes, Built on Love’ and what you think will improve the care system.
Everything discussed will feed into the work the Department for Education are doing to improve things for children and young people.
Care experienced children and young people who are not part of local groups can also sign up and join the discussions.
